Free ticket to Loyola basketball game with toy donation

Christmas isn’t over at Loyola University Chicago. Loyola’s men’s basketball team will be holding a toy drive Thursday night, offering a free general admission ticket to any fan donating a new toy to the Ronald McDonald House.

Here are the details from the Loyola Athletic Department:

Loyola will hold a toy drive for its men’s basketball game versus Wright State on Thursday, December 29, at 7 p.m., at Gentile Arena. Any fan donating a toy will receive a free general admission ticket to the Ramblers’s game versus Wright State Thursday night. All toys will be donated to the Ronald McDonald House near the Loyola University Medical Center.

Open in July 1995, the Ronald McDonald House has 18 bedrooms and has served more than 7,700 families. The Ronald McDonald House provides a home away from home to keep families together while their child is receiving medical treatment far from home.

Loyola has won four consecutive games heading into Thursday’s contest versus Wright State and the Ramblers are 3-1 at home this season. Tickets are available for Thursday’s contest, as well as all Rambler games, by calling 773.508.WOLF.
