Loyola University Chicago is on the hunt for retailers to take over space in the new apartment building at Loyola Station.
Harris Bank has agreed to move into the four-story building to help fill the 9,500 square feet of retail space, but there are still three storefronts available.
The $18 million project that also hosts 41 one-bedroom apartments is set to be completed in June.
