23-year-old woman shot in Rogers Park

A 23-year-old woman was shot in the left thigh early Tuesday on the far north side of Rogers Park.

A 23-year-old woman was shot early Tuesday in the Far North Side Rogers Park neighborhood.
The woman was standing in the sidewalk in the 1700 block of West Juneway Terrace about 1:29 a.m. when shots were fired and she was struck in the left thigh, police said.
She was taken to Saint Francis Hospital in Evanston, where police said she was listed in “stable” condition.
No one is in custody as Area North detectives continue to investigate.
