Loyola student victim of armed robbery

A Loyola University Chicago student was the victim of an armed robbery at 10 p.m. Sunday in the 1200 block of W. Arthur Avenue, according to Campus Safety.
The male victim reported that while waiting by the door outside of a friend’s apartment, a male walking east bound on Arthur and walked up the steps to where the victim was standing. The offender grabbed the victim by the collar and turned him around. The offender implied he had a knife, pressed it the victims back, and said, “give me your money.”
The victim gave the offender his money, jacket, and cell phone. The offender then ran off in an unknown direction, according to Campus Safety.
The offender is described as a male between the ages of 20 and 25. He is approximately 6 feet tall and was last seen wearing a black jacket with a gray hooded sweatshirt.
