Stressed Loyola students can get helping hand for finals

Are you a Loyola University Chicago student stressing over finals? Do you feel like the weight of the books is getting heavier by the second? Are the walls caving in?
Now that you’re terrified, here is a helping hand from the First and Second Year advising workshop. The final exam preparation and test anxiety reduction workshop is being offered to first through fourth year Loyola students who are worried about finals, according to the Loyola website.
The workshop offers some tips for studying and keeping calm during exams from 4-5 p.m on Tuesday, Dec. 7 in Sullivan 202.
