Fugitive charged in East Rogers Park stabbing

The FBI has arrested a fugitive in connection with a fatal stabbing in East Rogers Park in 2008, the Chicago Sun-Times reports.
David D. Bell, 20, was arrested in New York City on charges of first-degree murdfer in the death of Isiah Stroud, the Sun-Times reports. Bell alegedly stabbed Stroud during a fight between the two men in the 1500 block of West Jarvis in Chicago. the Sun-Times reports.
Bell has been the subject of a nationwide manhunt since March 2009.
